Ommi AI Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

Ommi AI is an AI image and video generation platform. To protect users, third parties, and the platform, every user must follow this Acceptable Use Policy, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

This policy applies to text prompts, negative prompts, uploaded images or videos, reference assets, generated outputs, public works, downloaded files, account behavior, and any content created or distributed through Ommi AI.

2. Adult and NSFW Content Is Prohibited

• You may not generate, upload, request, distribute, or share adult, NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, nude, sexualized, sexual service, or similar content.
• You may not generate or request any sexualized, exploitative, grooming, abusive, suggestive, or inappropriate intimate content involving minors.
• You may not try to bypass safety rules through euphemisms, spelling variants, coded language, image references, or evasive prompting.

3. Illegal, Harmful, or Fraudulent Uses Are Prohibited

• Fraud, phishing, illegal transactions, law-enforcement evasion, money laundering, identity theft, forged documents, or other illegal activity.
• Cyberattacks, malware, credential theft, security bypass, automation abuse, or attempts to harm third-party systems.
• Terrorism, extremism, hate, harassment, threats, incitement to violence, encouragement of self-harm, or severe harm content.
• Misleading political, medical, financial, or legal content, or content that may imply AI outputs are professional advice.

4. Likeness, Deepfakes, and Identity Misuse

• You may not generate, alter, impersonate, or misuse another person's likeness, voice, identity, personal information, or privacy without authorization.
• You may not create non-consensual deepfakes, face swaps, celebrity impersonations, or misleading content involving public or private individuals.
• You may not generate identity-related content that may harm another person's reputation, privacy, safety, or legal rights.

5. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights

• You may not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, brand rights, patents, trade secrets, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
• You may not use protected characters, film, anime, game assets, brand marks, celebrity likenesses, or another person's work without authorization.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights required for your prompts, uploaded assets, reference images, outputs, and commercial use.

6. Content Moderation and Enforcement

Ommi AI may automatically or manually review prompts, uploaded assets, generation tasks, generated outputs, public works, and account activity. AI image and video generation requests may be checked by Creem Moderation or Ommi AI safety systems before they enter model generation.

Prompts rejected by safety review are not sent into the model generation flow and are not charged credits.

• Refuse generation, upload, download, or sharing.
• Remove, hide, or restrict access to violating content.
• Suspend or terminate generation tasks, accounts, subscription benefits, or platform access.
• Deny refunds for tasks, accounts, or orders that violate this policy.
• Preserve evidence and cooperate with authorities when legally required or necessary for safety.

7. Credits, Failed Tasks, and Refunds

If a platform or provider failure prevents generation, users may contact support@ommiai.com. Ommi AI will review the task record and may restore the related credits.

Failures caused by user prompts, parameters, uploaded assets, prohibited content, attempts to bypass safety systems, or violations of this policy are generally not eligible for credit restoration or refunds.

Refund requests must also comply with the Ommi AI Refund Policy. If you cancel a subscription, access generally remains active until the end of the current billing period, and cancellation does not automatically refund the current period.

8. Reporting and Appeals

To report violating content, account abuse, copyright or likeness concerns, or to appeal a moderation decision, email support@ommiai.com with your account email, task ID, screenshots, links, and a description of the issue.
