Ommi AI Refund Policy

Ommi AI is committed to providing stable and transparent AI video and image generation services. We understand that users may request refunds after purchasing subscriptions or credits due to usage needs, payment mistakes, or service experience. Please read this refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Situations eligible for refund requests

Users may request a refund when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request applies to a subscription plan, not a separately purchased credit package or one-time credit pack.
  • The refund request is submitted within 3 days after successful purchase.
  • The subscription allowance has not been heavily used.
  • The account has not violated the Ommi AI Terms of Service or engaged in abuse, fraud, malicious refund behavior, or attempts to bypass risk controls.

1.2 Situations not eligible for refunds

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Separately purchased credit packages, quota packages, or one-time top-ups.
  • Purchases made more than 3 days before the refund request.
  • More than 50 subscription credits have been used.
  • A large amount of content has been generated, downloaded, or saved using subscription benefits.
  • Results do not meet subjective expectations due to prompts, uploaded assets, model selection, or parameter settings.
  • The service cannot be used normally due to the user network, device, browser, third-party account configuration, or local environment.
  • The account has engaged in abuse, bulk registration, prohibited content generation, payment fraud, chargebacks, account resale, or other violations of platform rules.

2. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information so we can verify the order and process your request:

  • Registered email or account ID.
  • Order number or payment receipt.
  • Purchase date.
  • Purchased plan or product name.
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Screenshots, error messages, or other relevant details.

Please make sure the refund request is sent within 3 days after successful purchase. We will review the email timestamp, order time, and account usage.

3. Refund Review and Processing

After receiving a refund request, Ommi AI will review the following:

  • Whether the order is valid.
  • Whether the request is within the refund window.
  • Subscription allowance or service benefit usage.
  • Whether the account has violated platform rules.
  • Whether the request reason complies with this policy.

If the refund request is approved, the refund will usually be returned to the original payment method. The actual arrival time depends on the payment channel, card issuer, or third-party payment provider.

4. Fees and Deductions

If a refund is approved, the refund amount may be reduced by a processing fee of up to 6% of the original payment amount to cover payment channel, transaction processing, or external service costs.

If the order has generated irreversible third-party model costs, storage costs, or payment channel fees, Ommi AI may make reasonable deductions from the refund amount where permitted by law.

5. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refunds

Canceling a subscription only means future billing cycles will not automatically renew. It does not automatically refund the current billing cycle.

If you only want to stop future charges, you should cancel your subscription. If you want a refund for an amount already paid, you must request it by email under this refund policy.

6. AI Generation Results and Service Characteristics

AI generation services involve uncertainty. Results may vary due to model capabilities, prompts, input assets, parameter settings, provider status, or content safety policies.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly promised by the platform, the following situations do not automatically qualify for refunds:

  • The generated result does not match personal taste or subjective expectations.
  • The prompt is unclear or parameters are unsuitable.
  • Third-party model output differs in style.
  • A generation task is rejected by content safety rules.
  • Credits are consumed through repeated user generation attempts.

7. Exceptional Cases

If an Ommi AI platform issue prevents you from using a purchased service, or if duplicate charges or abnormal order statuses occur, please contact us at support@ommiai.com. We will review the situation and may provide compensation, credit restoration, order correction, or refund handling.

8. Policy Changes

Ommi AI reserves the right to update this refund policy based on business, legal, payment channel, or product changes. Updated policies will be shown on relevant website pages or documents. We recommend reviewing this policy regularly.
